A leisurely breakfast and time to wash all the clothes against then up to the city centre.
As I have previously said the towns are built on hills for security reasons in the past. You would be less at risk in an attack but now the modern day you are more at risk of attack by your heart!!! The road from the river up to town was so steep that some of the local riders even got off and pushed.
I had coffee at Au Pub Ruthenois were I met this tall guy and Josy that served us coffee. At least Josy smiled but I could not get the tall guy to crack a smile.
Then it was off to the finish to find a good spot. What a good day of racing again well done BMC good sprint win!!!
Tomorrow I watch the start then head for Mende then on to the Alps……..
