“Not a Coastal” tour 2019 – Day#3

Day three was the Rooiberg Pass Challenge. Mostly the challenge once accepted was completed with a smile…..and a puff!! After this a visit to Calitzdorp’s watering holes was a prerequisite followed by a lovely lunch at De Krans. On the way into town we were caught in the afternoon traffic and managed to coax a smile from the driver. Again we encountered a number of Qhubeka bikes in the area surrounding Calitzdorp a proof of the great work done by the organization….. take five guys. A customary end to a 65km day celebrated with a braai and some local wines.
